YOGA 4 ALL WITH LORRAINE
Lorraine created Yoga4All with Lorraine in 2017. It was her intention to create a wellness company that offered all of the healing practices she'd benefited from so greatly of the years. This vision was drawn from her own personal healing journey. Lorraine has been able to physically overcome symptoms of some lifelong "illnesses," such as asthma, anxiety, vertigo, and arthritis because of her dedication to the healing arts she now offers to others in
Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Reiki. It has become her mission to make all of these healing practices accessible for all. |

- We begin with a discovery call to build a wellness support program on your road to success
- We will uncover areas you feel stuck, and find the best tools to undo any limiting beliefs & change old patterns that no longer serve into new behaviors that support your growth
- Your Wellness Program can include: Weekly Coaching Sessions/Check-ins, with choice of practice in: Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Oracle Card Readings & Sound Healing Sessions
- Coaching is online via Zoom but may include occasional in-person sessions as well

As outlined in current NYSED requirements for a satisfactory Health Education program, curriculum
should, “…include mental health and the relation of physical and mental health; and designed to enhance
student understanding, attitudes and behaviors that promote health, well-being and human dignity."
Wellness programs offered by Yoga 4 All with Lorraine ensures compliance with these requirements
and offers a healthy & effective program that will benefit the physical & mental well being of all.
Pricing for School Based Wellness: YOGA = $150 per class period Sound Bath = $300 per session

- Yoga for students with Special Needs (Direct Payee/Self-Direction Approved)
- Lorraine works with individuals to develop instruction to meet individual needs of every client. Once needs are assessed, Lorraine will provide student & care-giver with explicit goals & objectives to assist in growth and development of skills to support self regulation, reduction of stress/anxiety, and strengthen body, mind and cultivate resilience. Yoga sessions can include Reiki, Sound & meditation based on each student's needs.
Session Fees:
45 min session - $125
Hourly session - $150
Small Group session - 45min $65 (3-person minimum)

Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga for Special Needs:
Lorraine offers Yoga teacher training in Yoga for Special Needs, both privately as well as in collaboration with the Always At Aum Yoga School in Babylon, New York.

This training is appropriate for:
- Anyone interested in teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices to students with special needs of all ages & abilities
- Yoga Instructors seeking to include teaching to students with special needs
- All educators who want to incorporate yoga into their curriculum
- Clinicians, such as Psychologist, Physical Therapists, Social Workers, or others who wish to provide support to their students with special needs
- Parents of children with special needs who want to use yoga as a tool to promote relaxation, decrease anxiety and find meaningful ways to assist their child to develop self-calming techniques to allow for greater independence
Cost of Training: $465 (Always At Aum 300hr enrolled=$365)
